Suplex at IBJJF Tournament. Brown Belt Knocked out His Opponent

At IBJJF Austin BJJ Tournament, Brown belt surprised everyone when he Knocked out his opponent with Suplex. He was losing the match and last 10 seconds and he decided to do this move. This kind of Suplex is illegal in IBJJF tournaments and in the most other BJJ tournaments.
